Nice looking floor plans! The rooms seem very ample in size. I am wondering this coming year if more buyers will focus on homes of this size or concentrate on energy saver and fuel efficient homes? The home you show is a pretty standard size in the Atlanta area.

This, in Northern Bergen County New Jersey is under average size. I am trying in this market, in some areas, to keep pricing down as much as possible. When I was planing the sub division I was about 10 % bigger in footage.
