The line seems to be tightening or stabilizing since September 09. Is this true?
Renee: Yes, this was the most stressed town in Northern Bergen County. Very over built with huge homes over almost twice the average size of 10 years ago.
However the pricing on the big homes have conpressed down and are now starting to sell.
