Woodcliff Lake Real Estate Monthly Sales Report May, 2009

Woodcliff lake New Jersey real estate sales for May 2009, shows the best sales volume since October 2008. The market shows signs of firming at lower prices. Lower prices, pent up demand, low interest rates and renewed credit availability have help bring in buyers to the market. With 8 pending sales and 51 active listings at the end of May, leaves a 6.3 months of inventory. With 6 Homes sold in May compared to 2 in April, along with 8 pending sales, the market could show increases in volume in 2009.

Richard - All the signs are there of a rebound !  It was just a matter of time.  And I do recall a guru named Richard that was calling for the turn !  We are jamming right now in Philly.  We hope it continues !
