Richard - You are the man ! Now that is quite a home. Sometimes, we have to sell 7 or 8 homes (little Philly rowhouses) to match that one !!! Congrat on the whole process of being involved in that. I have some aspirations of being a developer / builder but just do not have too much experience. We have rehabbed and sold some houses when the market was better and have our portfolio of investor properties but it would be nice to take it to the next level.

We are starting a $9.5m almost 14000 ft house this summer.
I like to do creative design finishes, I have my owe finishing crew on payroll. It is fun for me.
