Way to Go Richard! I totally agree with your statement..."Now the market decides to go down and they're immediately underwater..." Those that lived on the edge with credit have nothing to absorb the shock of a major event in life such as a layoff, illness or set back due to the changing economy.

Richard - Great article ! I agree with Jim in regards to those that lived on the edge lived too perilously. Of course, everything saw dollar signs and assumed the market would continue going up 20 percent a year. Is super to see you getting that recognition. It is well deserved ! ~ Chris
